Officer Rookie?

Florida
Officer stopped me (don't know why) asked for license, registration, Insurance, stated he caught me speeding (at lunch time Traffic) checked my window tint with scanner, left came back and handed me two tickets one for illegal tint (yeah right, have all documents proving it's legal)_ and one for violation of traffic control device ( thought he said he caught me speeding, what gives)

Speed limit signs are traffic control devices.

Take it down to the clerk of court and explain that the officer made a mistake and have her exchange it for a speeding ticket. She will also take you payment on the spot. Now that's what I call service!
