OH-Careless/Reckless Driving

Ohio.

I want to know, in cases of careless or reckless driving, is there anywhere online that has a full listing of everything included in laws pertaining to that? Specifically, the statute of limitations in which the claim must be filed, and what is considered substaintial evidence of the claim.

Any other help in careless/reckless driving definitions would be appreciated, and further help as to where I could go to look up the technical terms and rules of the laws would be appreciated.

If I remember right the Ohio Revised code for reckless is 4511.20 try typing that into a search engine such as google.
