OH Speeding Wrong Detection On Ticket

What is the name of your state? OH

I was speeding in Ohio on the 4th. The officier told me they had an aircraft in the air that showed me going 82 in a 65. On the ticket he marked laser instead of air for the method of clocking me. Do I have a way out on this error?
