Ohio Driver got ticket in Ontario

I am an American, living in Ohio with an Ohio drivers license.
I was in Ontario, Canada last weekend and got a speeding ticket on the expressway. It translated to about 80mph in a 60mph zone, $200 US
My question is, will I get points added to my Ohio license, and what are the ramifications (in the US) of not paying the ticket?

The ramifications would be when and if you would want to go back into Canada. They are the ones with the ticket against you.
