What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
-Oklahoma
I received a ticket from a highway patrol officer this morning. He told me I was traveling 78 mph in a 60 mph zone. While I know I was speeding, I was AT MOST traveling 10 mph over the speed limit. I was merely going with the flow of traffic on the freeway. I didn't argue with him because I knew that would not get me anywhere. I attribute this to it being the last day in April and quotas are trying to be met. Anyway, I plan on contesting the ticket and wanted to know if Oklahoma has a requirement for how often officers' radar guns must be calibrated.
