old ticketI was traveling across the country last summer, and I got a speeding ticket in Mississippi. I was planning on paying but when I got home I completely forgot about it. It has been about 6 months since I got the ticket. I just found it and remembered I never paid it, any advice as to what I should do? I don't live in Mississippi, will i lose my license, or am I just going to have pay fines out my a? Any help is appreciated ![]() |

| I have it on reliable authority (one of the regulars here) that Mississippi can't revoke your license in another state. There should be a number for the courthouse on the ticket. Call them up, tell them what happened and tell them you want to make it right. Don't give more information than you have to. If the address on the ticket isn't right, don't call from your phone. You're probably looking at fines out the ears but you should be able to work this out. |
