You'll probably be better off with a lawyer for $300 or so on this one IMO. It is going to take some cross examination and arguing to get the dismissal.

The reckless charge is vague and thus a lot easier to meet the area of reasonable doubt - the guesstimate is worth nothing - he has to meet a legal degree of certainty.

15 mph was that posted and justified??? I doubt it somehow...
