What does a disc jockey license have to do with driving in New Jersey?

Junior License, Class DJ: Issued to drivers under the age of 18, with restrictions. Read the DMV brochure, Learner Permits and Junior Licenses. Valid for passenger cars and trucks with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 10,000 lbs. or less. A class DJ driver can drive a vehicle that tows another vehicle (for example a trailer) with a GVWR of 3,000 lbs. or less.

When i look into the brochure about driving out of state it says to check NJ laws on the situation but i cant seem to find it.

From NY DMV website:
VISITING OTHER STATES, AND VISITING NEW YORK STATE

You may drive outside New York State with your learner permit, junior learner permit, or junior license if it is allowed by the laws of the other state. You also must obey that state's junior permit and license restrictions that may apply. Check with the police or motor vehicle authorities in the state you are visiting.

From NJ website:
Get a basic driver license
You must be at least 18 years old
Complete the unsupervised driving period
Go to any MVC Agency with your provisional license and other documents to pass the 6 Point ID Verification
Pay $24 license fee
******************

Since you must be 18 in NJ to have a "regular" license, my opinion is that you'd fall under this category, in which you can only drive with household members. Therefore, someone with a regular license needs to drive.

Practice supervised driving for at least six months
You must observe the following restrictions during the supervised driving phase:
No driving between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m.
You must be accompanied by an Adult Supervising Driver (at least 21 years old and licensed to drive for at least 3 years) in the front seat
Passengers must be from your household. Only one additional person from outside your household is allowed
You can't use cell phones, hand held video games or any other hand held electronic device
Seat belts must be worn at all times
See GDL Exemptions for hours-related exemptions for employment or religious reasons

Get a provisional license
Complete the supervised driving period
Pass MVC's road test

Practice unsupervised driving for at least one year
You must observe the following requirements and restrictions while driving with a provisional license:
No driving between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m.
Passengers must be from your household. Only one additional person from outside your household is allowed in the vehicle
You can't use cell phones, hand held video games or any other hand held electronic device
Seat belts must be worn at all times
