out of state speeding ticket

CA the ticket was in colorado

the ticket is for going 90 in a 75 zone
crs 42-4-1101-86 code 005
its only 68$ but I have a provisional liscence because i have had it for under a year. Will the points transfer over, and what will happen if they do.
its 4 points, on the back of the ticket it says it will be reduced by 2 points if i pay it. ive been told to just pay it, I just don't know if there will be anything besicdes the money to have to deal with.

The CO points probably don't matter in CA.

I think CA's DMV will assess points according the the rules of CA when it comes back.

You might want to call the DMV to check. Some states are going down right medieval on people at that speed.
