Out of state ticket, what if i just do nothing?

I received a ticket this weekend for $120 for doing 85 in a 70 on the Kansas Turnpike. I live in Texas and it is very unlikely I will be back in Kansas during this decade... What consequences would there be if I just did nothing about the ticket? Is there a statue of limitations? Would the warrant be transferred to Texas?
