Out of state ticketsWhat is the name of your state? Virginia/Arizona I have a Virginia driver's license, but my car is titled in Arizona. I was driving through New Mexico and got a speeding ticket (60 in a 45). I heard that speeding tickets are state, not federal issues, so as long as I don't get pulled over driving through that state again I don't have to pay it. Is there ANY truth to this at all? If I do pay it will this ticket go on my insurance/will I get points on my VA drivers license? Will it go on my insurance/driver's license of I don't? |

| Google "Non Resident Violator's Compact" and/or "Driver's License Compact". Leave out the " ".
