What is the name of your state? PA

Does anyone have advise on how to defend against this citation? 3323(b). Occurred at a 3 way stop intersection. No crosswalks or stop line. Slowed to near stop (didn't lock tires). Turned to right. Must either turn left or right at this intersection. No traffic in any direction. Night time. Stop signs with temporary red blinking lights recently installed. Approaching and departing speeds very slow.

Well you clearly violated the law. Best thing you could do is try to make a plea bargin with the DA. Most likely they will reduce it.
