Pa section 75- 3309 sec 1: Disregard traffic lane (single)
I was cited today for Pa section 75- 3309 sec 1: Disregard traffic lane (single). Morning rush hour traffic and 2 lanes were merging to 1 lane. traffic was standstill and I happen to be between the lanes right before the paint ends. Traffic was completely stopped for 2-3 mins and no one was moving. Cop pulled me over and gave the citation saying I was blocking lanes.
Does this offense carry any points? Do you think I should plead not guilty and request a trial?
