| | | Parking lot accident
What is the name of your state? Virginia
I was driving through a praking lot and after stopping hit a lady. She was and is ok but I received a ticket from the police. The officer informed me that in the state of Virginia he had only 2 choices in a private parking lot - drunk driving or reckless driving. He gave me a citation to appear in court for reckless driving and said that the judge could lower the penalty. Does anyone have any experience with this situation? |
