Passed a school bus with the Red Lights flashing

What is the name of your state? OH

I passed a school bus from behind with the red lights flashing. I was not thinking clearly as my wife is going to deliver a baby soon. I am from the state of OHIO. What am I probably looking at if I am reported?

Being distracted is a reason not to drive - not an excuse for poor driving.

If the driver wrote down your license plate, that is sufficient information to give you a ticket. ([url]http://www.bmv.ohio.gov/pdf_forms/HSY-7607.pdf[/url])

The fines and court costs will vary but expect about $200.
