Paying ticket online

What is the name of your state? PA

Some states allow you to plead guilty and pay the fine or plead not guilty and get a court date via the internet. In PA you have 10 days to make your mind up, question is, after doing a search, what if your citation hasn't been filed by the Police Officer within this time frame?
