And you WONT be contacted by anyone to say they are sorry.....

WHY?....that would be an admission of guilt, and your lawyer would sue them to the hilt.

UNLESS was your Brother guilty of walking in from of the car?

Thats probably whats the holdup what did your brother do? did he walk into traffic? or does he have altzheimers? or did the car hit him in the breakdown area?

You see maybe your brother HIT THE CAR, and he is to blame for his own death...

Sorry but we have to investigate that too.

Go down to the police station and track down the cop and clerk get the report

For example There was a case 3 months ago, here in New York City, a Black kid, wearing black pants and a black jacket, with no reflectors or lights on his bike, riding down a dark street with no overhead lights at 2 am was hit....

The guy didnt get a ticket and was not charged..

Explain How could anyone see the kid? The kid was almost killed, well he was at fault!
