Hello I been on holiday in Austria month ago. I rented there a car from company. Today i did get letter from police telling me to pay penalty for driving . The letter is in german so i dont understand . But I never get any notice (ticket ) for penalty they just send me court order . My question is do i have to pay that penalty ? what happend if i dont pay ? am neither austrian citizen .
