I am from Ca, the ticket was issued in Pennsylvania. The officer said that it was red. It was yellow. He left with the driver license and insurance & registr. ,got in his car and left. After about 15 min. another officer came back with the documents and a ticket saying that it's for running the red light. The first officer claimed that it happened 2 blocks back. Makes no sense to stop someone after 2 blocks.
Anyway I don't know anything about PA. law.
How can I fight it, could I do a trial by declaration? Where do I get it and how long I have to send it?
The officer also said that this is not going to go in the record.
How is this possible? I never heard about a ticket not to go in the record.
Please I need some info about the Pennsylvania trafic law.
Thank you in advance for your help.
