I received a photo radar citation a few months ago in Scottsdale AZ, ignored it and eventually was served. Unfortunately my parents were served with my citation and even though I don't live there anymore, they claimed I did because they didn't want me to get in trouble for not changing my address...
Anyway, the picture shows me but about half of my face is blocked from my scented pine tree hanging from my rear view mirror. Even though you can tell it is me from my hair, sideburns and lips, I heard that this is dismissible. Is there any truth to that?
