photo radar tickets

What is the name of your state? az

Now, moving on to the defense of a photo radar ticket! does anyone know the legalities regarding the calibration of the radar and photo machinery? i understand they need to be calibrated with a tuning fork every 30 minutes, and after every photo is taken. i was told if this is not re-calibrated then the timing could be off and this is a significant issue in trial. Any insight?
