What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA but ticket was NJ and was sent to us too late to plead not quilty...offense alledgly commited 10/10/11, ticket written 10/29, postmarked 11/02, we riec'd it on 11/7, with a court date of 11/14, and told if we want to plead not guilty we had to do so by the 7th of Nov. So our hands are forced to pay the ticket!!! How will this effect my husbands CDL??? Our insurance??? We have not had any tickets for a long time...and he has over 1 1/2 million miles accident free driving with same company..

That quote is for Newark and I believed it applied statewide but apparently does not since local ordinances must be enacted for red light camera enforcement.

Please specify where the offense took place.
