What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts. I receive by mail a photo ticket from the District of Columbia (Washington, DC). The form asked to place the name of the person driving the vehicle, which me and my brother did, because he was driving my car the time the photo was taken. But unfortunately, they did not consider him to be the driver because the ticket was paid for on time. Can this in any way hurt my insurance or the points in my license? When I called I was told that it would not from some one in the registry, I just want to double check if this is true.
