Question

is a photocopy of a ticket a legal document?

I received a photocopy of a civil infraction ticket. It said to look on the other side for instructions, but as it was a copy, there were none. I am wondering if this is a legal and binding document. No letter was with it explaining the charges, other than garbage bins in side yard

It is legal so ask for a copy of the reverse and the compliance time is extended from the time you get the instructions.
