What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
My name is courtney and about 2 months ago i got a speeding ticket and decided to make a court date. I have court tomorrow and i was going to try and fight my ticket but i started doing more research about speeding tickets and came across this Plea of Abeyance. I have no problem paying the fine i just cant have my insurance go up. Therefor i get the ticket insurance goes up. How does this Plea of Abeyance work. I keep hearing different stories but exactly how would this work for my situation?
