My boyfriend just pleaded not guilty to revoked license plates because he had the proof that he was innocent. (We thought it was the best thing to do) Now he has to go through the court proceedings? What is the next step? Is there anything we can do to make it faster, cheaper and without all of the hassle? Also, He bought the car on 1-10, got pulled over on 1-30 and transfered the title on 2-1 because of problems with the previous owner's bank. Does that change any of the rules/laws?

My response:

You're asking for the next step? Then, what about the step after that, and the next, and so on? You can do one of two things:

1. Hire an attorney; or,

2. Go to law school.

How can you expect anyone on this site to give you a quick fix answer for something that requires education and practical experience?
