What is the name of your state? Ohio I was driving home on a road i drive every night when i saw a cop going the opposite way down the same road i looked down as always just a force of habit to make sure i wasnt speeding and i was ok... i proceeded down the road and into my neighborhood and drove home... an hour later after i was parked and inside getting ready for bed a cop showed up at my house and ask me to come out side. He accused me of speeding and sort of tried to make me admit my guilt to him but i didnt... he ask me for my license and i ask why he said that i was being uncooperative and that if i didnt give him my license he was going to impound the vehicle so i did as he said and gave him my license he then proceeded to his car and began to write me a ticket for speeding.. he said he had me on radar but i really wasnt speeding he said i was going 69 in a 50 and i was clearly only going about 52 i couldnt believe that he could after the vehicle was parked and i was inside give me a bogus ticket for something i didnt do.. I ask him to show me the radar and he said he didnt have to and no which i do understand he has the right to refuse to show me but if his radar does show 69 in a 5 how do i know it wasnt from a different vehicle and does he have the right to just show up at my house and issue me a ticket without even being in persuit of me at anytime just showing up at my door? please help if there is anything i can do to get rid of this bogus ticket..
