Please Help.....Needed Immediatly Court is tommarrow

Virginia is the state, i got 2 tickets on no regerstion and no liablity insurance. On my ticket the cop put the car as a 1988 Ford Taurus, when the car is actually a 1991 Ford Taurus. Could this get me out of the ticket since i don't and have never owned a 1988 Ford Taurus? And i was wondering if you buy a car do you have like 30 days to regrester it?

Virginia gives you 5 days to transfer ownership and register a vehicle. And it it illegal to drive an uninsured car at anytime. The error is easily fixable and does not prevent you from providing a valid defense to the citation.

Racer is right, but forgot to say this: If your court date is tomorrow, register the car and get insurance today, no matter what year Taurus it happens to be. Show the court that you are all fixed up, and they won't do everything they can to mess you up further.
