New Jersey. if i got 2 points on my liscence while being 17. then renewed my liscence a few days later since i turned 18 and got a lawyer to get rid of the 2 points and paid a fine, yet those two points are still on my record, what can i do to get my money back from the court that robbed me

Have you talked to the lawyer that you hired? That would be your first step.

And just how did he "get rid" of the two points? Was the conviction supposedly made to go away?
