I was ticketed for exceeding 65 miles per hour, but the posted speed limit was 55 miles per hour. Did the CHP officer made an error? And if so, can I win if proceeded to trial?
What do you mean by that? If you are arguing just that you are charged with 22349, you're wrong. That statute covers the 55 mph limit as well. If you're arguing he wrote down the speed limit in the box on the citation wrong, that's also an inconsequential error.
