I am a resident of NC but received a speeding ticket in VA. Foes anyone know if this ticket still elligible for a Prayer of Judgement?

No. If the ticket is for more than 15mph over the limit, you license will be suspended unless you can get it lowered. If it is under 10mph, NC will not post it to your record.
