What is the name of your state? Alabama

Can precedents set in another state's court system be cited in Alabama. Can federal case law be used to establish precedents in Alabama or do I have to use Alabama Case Law. I am finding enough cases on radar and speeding in other states to justify my arugments but can't find Alabama case law. Can anyone out there help. Thanks
