Probation Before Judgment

What is the name of your state? Maryland

I have a court date coming up which was delayed with a deposit of postponement for a speeding ticket (79 in a 65). This is in Maryland where I go to school, but I have a New Jersey license of three years.

Prior to this, I have had two speeding tickets, one of which was changed to careless driving and the other to a nonmoving violation.

With no said "convictions" for speeding, how would a request for PBJ with the prosecutor stand up in court?
