Question about my citation.

What is the name of your state? Colorado

While driving through Kansas, I received a speeding ticket from a state trooper. He told me that I could mail in the fine. On the back of the ticket, he filled in the blanks for fine and court costs, but did not fill in the blanks for name of court, address of court, or phone number of court. On the front of the ticket, it lists the date to pay by or appear in court. However, the time blank has a line drawn through it so I do think he intended me to mail the ticket. Am I just supposed to pull out a map and start calling places to track down where to pay the ticket or will it get dismissed if I can't mail it in? I don't want to get in trouble, but I don't want to run up my long distance bill and pay the hefty fine also.
