I received two tickets in two days. The first is for 50 in a 35. It was cited by an officer using moving radar, on a hill, travelling in the oposite direction. If these were received in a county that uses the traffic fines bureau, then you have to plead not guilty so you can get it back into court.
In any event, go to court and ask the clerk who you talk to about diversion programs or getting a non-moving violation so you won't get points.
