Question about speeding ticket(s)

What is the name of your state? Missouri

I received two tickets in two days. The first is for 50 in a 35. It was cited by an officer using moving radar, on a hill, travelling in the oposite direction. The other is for 38 in a 25 (school zone) there are two errors on this ticket. The officer failed to include my driver's licence # and failed to indicate what method he used to determine my speed. Are any of those reasons justifiable for a dismissal? If not, does anyone have advice on how to plea bargain for a non moving violation?

If these were received in a county that uses the traffic fines bureau, then you have to plead not guilty so you can get it back into court.

In any event, go to court and ask the clerk who you talk to about diversion programs or getting a non-moving violation so you won't get points.
