questions on vc 22107 and 22108

What is the name of your state?
California

Only my ticket, i got the vc 22107 and vc 22108, the officer circled the Misdemenor or infraction on the vc 22108, I just don't understand what the term Misdemeanor or infraction means

and how to calculate to know how much total I will be fined before I go to court.
