Questions on Yield Ticket.

What is the name of your state? Tx

I was driving on the access road and the cop gave me a ticket for failure to yield.
What happened was there was a truck infront of me which had slowed down terribly and I was behind that truck terribly slowing down while on the other hand there was a truck coming down the highway who slowed down because he thought that the truck was not giving the yield. Cop car was right behind him. Now the cop gave me the ticket even though I was moving probably at the speed of 5-10 mph. what shall I say in my defense infront of the jury.
