Ran a red light in Texas. Incorrect information on ticket.

Texas. Harris County.

I recieved a ticket for running a red light. The officer listed me as white, while I am a filipino-american. I am certain that I do not appear white, especially in broad daylight. Is this considered grounds for dismissal? This is my second ticket, and have already taken defensive driving. I cannot decide between taking deferred judication or pleading not guilty. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can ask the ticket be dismissed on such grounds it will not likely happen.

Thanks for the advice, this is fairly new to me. I guess I'd be safest if I were to request deferred judication?
