What is the name of your state? Oregon
I am also in the same boat only with California, virtually the same circumstances. The big difference is my ticket went to a collection agency. I did manage to pay enough to get my Arizona D.L. (I lived there for 2 years after the infraction) but was unable to pay off the balance of $2200. It has now gone to collection and California has once again put a hold on my license so that I am unable to get one in Oregon. Since I dont have the money, do I have any recourse other than saving my loose change til I do? I do still have a valid AZ license but I know I am pushing my luck.
