Rear ending accident in TN on a TX licenseWhat is the name of your state? TN Hi, I had rear ended another vehicle while in TN. I had a TX license when that happened. I also got a ticket for the same. Now, how long will that remain on my record? And does it vanish/get hidden if I change my license to one of a different state - eg: California? I have moved to CA now and would like to change the license if it would help me in this regard. Thanks, |

| Google "States Drivers License Compact" and/or "Non Resident Violators Compact". You can run but you can't hide.

| If you are in CA you are supposed to get a CA license. It is the law, not an option. |
