What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama
My son accumulated his third speeding ticket which led to a reckless driving on his driving record 2 years ago. How long does this stay on your driving record? He has applied for jobs which do require driving company vehicles and this has led to his not being hired for such. He hasn't had a ticket for the last 2 years. When will this age off or does it? Thanks for your help.

Alabama violations on the driving record list for three years.

However, moving violations are treated as misdemeanors in that state which means they may persist in criminal background checks FOREVER.
