What is the name of your state? CT

Well heres the problem I never received a ticket for such an offense. I have a clear driving record with nothing but maybe un-paid parking tickets?!

The letter I received from the States Attorney states that Mr. Blank Blank is suing me for reckless driving. From what I know its takes for then a year to even get a court case, I don't recall any such event ever occurring within the past year.

I'm also in the Military and I just got back from an activation earlier in the year. Will this effect my reserve status?

Did not receive any type of ticket whats so ever!

Supposedly I have a hearing in a couple days for reckless driving. I called over to my States Attorney to justify the charged and they have yet to call me back.

So the reason this post is so lost is because I persoanlly have no idea whats going on.

It looks like the other person Mr. Blank Blank is suing me for allegidly driving recklessly?!

Can someone even sue without proof?
