Reckless Driving charges

What is the name of your state? OH
My fiancee was stopped at a red light and she did not notice the light change to green. There was another car behind her, the girl in that car honked and my fiancee realized her mistake and started the car. The girl behind her crossed her and flipped at her. My fiancee lost her temper, she honked and flipped back at her to which the other driver came in front of my fiances car and started driving very slow and didn't let my fiancee change lanes. My fiancee pressed the race and came in front of the other car and did exactly the same. During this process the cop saw exactly what happened, pulled over both of them and after inquiring about the problem, handcuffed both of them and took them to jail and charged both for reckless driving. My fiancee has been bailed out but her license has now been suspended. She already had five violation points on her license and with four more from this incident its now ten. The court hearing is on Sept 5th. We agree that it was her fault. Please advise what should we do? Is there any way she can get her license un-suspended and not go to jail.
Any help would be appreciated.

This is somewhat a big deal. Get a lawyer.

Unless there is some new math floating around... 5 + 4= 9, not 10.

However, your fiancee is clearly a danger on the road. Maybe she doesn't NEED a license, but she does NEED an attorney.

Agreed! Perhaps she also needs a Doctor to help her understand why she behaves with a reckless disregard for others.

Watch it, you know boyfriend will come back and say that this is all one big misunderstanding regarding the other points on her record.

Honestly, if everyone lived in CourtClerkland, this person would have her license revoked, forget suspended. She's going to kill someone.

I have insomnia.
