Reckless Driving Class B misdemeanor Indiana

INDIANA

Ok, I know I was speeding, I was doing a test on my car to see how long it took to hit one hundred. So I was clocked by a sheriff right when I hit 105, and was pulled over a few minutes later when he caught up to me. I wasn't given a ticket, but I do have a court date. The speed zone i was in was a 50.

Q. Is there anyway to keep my license?

Q. Are there any programs I could ask for to reduce the risk of probation/community service?

Q. If I have a job before court, will it improve the chance of keeping my license?

Q. Is there anyway to not see my insurance slam through the roof?

You can't have a court date unless a citation/summons has been issued. Check with the clerk of the court.
