I just received a reckless driving in Covington, VA. I was going 98 in a 70 (I don't think this is accurate given I was in a group of cars). I need some advice from others in this situation or if they have a lawyer they would recommend. They say this can carry jail time. Please help!!!

At 98 there is no option but to get a lawyer. You will definitely be facing jail time in most Virginia courts at that speed. You can use the FIND A LAWYER links on these pages, use the yellow pages, or call the Allegheny-Bath-Highland bar association and see if they have any referrals.
