Reckless Driving in Fairfax, VA

What is the name of your state? VA
Hello.
I live in Maryland right now.
I got a question about reckless driving.
yesterday, i exceeded 46 m.p.h at I-495 at 11:29 p.m.
so, I have to go to court next month.
anybody can answer?
Q) do i have to go to jail and pay for $2,500 fine??

What are the punishment or fine in Virginia for "Reckless Driving"?

Virginia DUI/DWI drunk driving and Virginia reckless driving are Virginia Criminal Class 1 Misdemeanor charges carrying the possibility of up to one year imprisonment, fines up to $2500 and/or license suspensions.
