Question

reckless driving in nh

i am a driver with a massachusetts license. i was speeding in new hampshire and they nailed me for wreckless operation. my license was suspended in new hampshire for 60 days. i have served those 60 days. now the massachusetts dmv says i am gonna be suspended for another 60 days in massachusetts. i have already served my sentence, can the dmv do wat they are doing? is it legal? its not my fault the massachusetts dmv was slow on getting the information from the new hampshire dmv.

New Hampshire does not have the authority to suspend a Massachusetts license. But Massachusetts has the authority to suspend your license because of what happened in New Hampshire. I would suggest buying a bus pass for a couple of months.

You might see if you can get a hardship license so you can get to work.
