Reckless driving question

What is the name of your state? VA

I was on 267W in Fairfax County and there was little traffic, i lost track of speed and saw I was a little over 80 (55 zone) and immediately slowed down, but not before a cop caught me. He got me for 86 in a 55 zone. I have a clean record and am I minor. I was issued a summon for court. What is my best plan of action for the court? What are my possible consequences?

There are numerous posts on this subject on the board so do a search. The general consensus is that you need to retain an attorney. Of course you need to immediately notify your parents. You can also expect to have to attend an 8 hour traffic school which is mandated by the DMV and not the court.

Do a Google search for Virginia speeding ticket and you will also find lots of information.
