Reckless in Fairfax VA

What is the name of your state? MD

I received a reckless driving citation yesterday in Fairfax County. I was doing 87 in a 55 on I95. I have a license and a clean driving record in the state of Maryland. Has anybody ever heard of a first time offender going to jail for this speed?

BTW where on I95 is it only 55mph.
