| | | Reckless in NC/Missed First Trial Date/No Lawyer
What is the name of your state? GA (but the offense occurred in NC)
I was 35 miles over the speed limit. I missed my date in June. I called and got a new court date for August. What is the maximum penalty? Will I get the book thrown at me for missing my first court date? Can I be successful without a lawyer? |
